A Gold Microinfusion uses a small stamping device that contains an array of fine, hollow needles (finer than human hairs!) that are gold-plated, to stamp micro-channels into the superficial layers of the skin and deposit droplets of a custom serum. This serum is typically composed of a mixture of vitamin C, B vitamins, a neurotoxin like Botox or Dysport, and a hyaluronic acid dermal filler.When these droplets are stamped into the skin, at the level of the dermal-epidermal junction (or, just beneath the top layers of the skin), they can create a beautiful glowing, “air-brushed” look to the skin.
